The Dewey embraces its salty origins with the launch of
Gulf Primeval, an oyster bar /raw bar / all seafood menu ...allthe time  on the Rooftop. Featuring traditional and modern takes on oyster service, a selection of raw, smoked and cured fish, domestic and international ceviches, and a seafood chowder, Gulf Primeval makes the promise of all of the traditions of a classic raw bar as well as its 21st century approach to local sourcing, sustainability, and culinary exploration.

A seacoast inspired wine list, a selection of craft cocktails and
views of the best beach in the United States (according to
Trip Advisor) make Gulf Primeval a “must-sea” dining
experience on the Gulf Coast.

ON THE ROOFTOP GULF PRIMEVAL HOURS:

The Dewey honors its salty roots with the launch of Gulf Primeval…our all-seafood menu on the rooftop.  Starting on April 1, the rooftop menu will feature our raw bar, full oyster service, our selection of raw, smoked and cured fish, domestic and international ceviches as well as our traditional charcuterie offerings.
